Found the whole process very smooth and straightforward. We knew what to expect at every stage of the way as the website makes it easy to follow, along with Alex and her team explaining it as you go. What we particularly love about Social Media Sister is that they really tailor your content to your brand which was really important for us, the language and the tone especially was captured perfectly. Social media is the area that we struggle with the most due to time constraints but it's the most important part of our business and Alex has added so much value with managing it for us.
