I've been working with WebsiteNI for all website requirements for the past 4 years. Its been a very good experience working with them. They have a very knowledgeable and hardworking team. And they come up with very good design ideas as well. A special mention to their support team especially Matthew for his patience in dealing with support tickets. Would highly recommend.

Spent 8 truly awful months working with WebsiteNI on behalf of a local sports organisation. They struggled massively with building our booking system and in the end it became clear that they didn't understand how it worked themselves. It's still functional for us but Amelia has very significant bugs and the underlying company isn't responsive so we're left with key users who cannot get access.
The former WebsiteNI CEO treated us disgracefully. I'll leave it at that.
I would leave them 1-star but just at the end of the project the company was taken over by new management so I acknowledge the company is in new ownership. Still, the new directors showed little empathy and were just interested in moving the problem on, although they did allow a developer to facilitate a professional exit (it's the least they could have done).
Net-net - the sports club spent thousands on a booking system that, while still functional, may not last much longer because of unsupported bugs and that's down to poor design and technology choice by WebsiteNI. The whole experience of working with WebsiteNI was the most stressful of my life, and I've worked in IT for 25 years, and out of conscience I want potential customers to be aware of this experience.
