They told me what they would be doing and every month send me a detailed report of the monthly progress. I like this very much. Each month things have been getting better. I am ranking at the top of Google organically and on Google Maps too. I am also now doing Google ads and Tik Tok with them which is already showing signs of great results. ROAS up by a good 2.6X overall and 1.65x for our worst campaign. Even a half a ROAS increase is significant to our bottom line profits.
The previous agency we were using (went through 5 prior) were charging us almost double the price and only had one campaign which ran most of the sales in our business.
PnDigital immediately created more campaigns, tested them and now we have multiple winning campaigns in various product niches we weren't even in before. One of which is doing 9.1x ROAS which is staggeringly good.
On the SEO side we had a bunch of junk traffic that was cleaned out for us by PnDigital and now we have better search intent traffic, also got our organic sales up to 90k/mo which we are much more profitable on due to better margins.
