I last worked with Steve Grant in 2005 and he has just built a site for me in 2020. I was not disappointed, I can 100% recommend him and his team. There is a personal touch which cannot be 'faked.' They genuinely care. They went the extra mile to make sure I updated my on-line security in all areas, which was previously venerable, and I enjoyed meeting his wife, Emma, who is part of the team. Figment is very much a caring, family business who take pride in their work along with bang up-to-date technology. An absolute pleasure to work with. As someone who is very tech un-savvy, I was very apprehensive about setting up a new website. Our website had been in need of attention for a little while and when we met with Steve and Emma we realised it was a project that need immediate attention. From the initial talks and planning right through to them delivering the product they were brilliant. The new website goes live today and it is very exciting times. Super, professional, innovative and unlike another agency I had dreadful problems with previously, very self-empowering with no business model of "milking" us downstream! The site came in on budget, ahead of schedule and fully tested on all platforms and devices. The design includes the ability to make text, video and image changes ourselves, as well as derive statistics and traffic data. The hosting, management and maintenance fees are excellent, and development pricing is very competitive. Support is excellent (in spite of the fact that we are located 8 time zones away) as support requests are properly logged, monitored and tracked through Figment's state-of-the-art support tracking tools. Most importantly this is not a canned template solution, but totally bespoke with icons designed by an expert. I would highly recommend Figment. The process from initial proposal, to revision, change management, sign off and testing is super-slick, fully transparent and professional.
