Gillian is proactive. She came to me with an idea that made perfect sense, explained how it could be implemented easily and then did the whole thing in a matter of days. Her new booking system is already working well for us. Unlike a lot of other's, who use geek-speak to baffle customers, Gillian can explain things in lay person's terms and then deliver on what she promises. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants a great internet presence, high on Google.
